We start with the address. If the house is worth a look, we agree a time and walk it. Windows, the roof from the path, and anything damp go in a short note. If we want it, we buy it ourselves.
We do not search for a buyer for a house that is not ours. To offer one, use the contact page and include the address.
A sale is of a house already in our name. Viewings happen at a time we set. We answer from what we saw on our own walk: the rooms, the heating, the outside.
If you ask about a house we do not own, we say so. We do not take a fee to put someone else’s home on a list.
The price we will pay, and the price we will accept when we sell, stay with us until we choose to say them. A first email is for the address and a time to look, not for a figure pulled out of the air.
Tell us the address and whether anyone lives there. We do not arrive without a time. Photographs help when you want us to consider a purchase.
